Maxam Training will soon be launching a series of micro-credential courses. These courses will be perfect for CPD and enhancing your knowledge and skills related to training. There will be courses in the following areas: Fundamentals of Assessing; Behavioural Assessments in the workplace; Fundamentals of Mentoring; The science of stress and well-being; Social Psychology that everyone should know. We offer qualifications for teaching, training or mentoring, including the Level 3 Award in Education and Training and the Level 4 Certificate in Education and Training. We also offer the Level 4 Award in Preparing for the Mentoring Role
We offer Level 3 Assessor qualifications (Award and Certificate) for those assessing both in the workplace and in training settings. We also offer the Level 4 Award in the Internal Quality Assurance of Assessment Processes and Practices
